Rhema Bible Institute was established for the purpose of providing quality and affordable Biblical/Theological Degree Programs for those who labor in Ministry. We are a “non-denominational” institution of higher learning. However, we subscribe to, practice, teach and preach the doctrines of the Christian Faith.

Accreditation:

Although the word “seminary,” may imply graduate training for higher institutional learning, this Seminary has been established for the sole purpose of issuing credentials to men and women as certified, licensed and ordained professional ministers.

Our emphasis is not to achieve secular accreditation, although we issue degrees for ministry purposes only. Our mission is to equip the minister with practical education for his/her ministry. We continue in this practical path as the means of fulfilling the Great Commission of Jesus Christ.

Non-Discriminatory Policy:

Rhema Bible Institute admits students of any race, age, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the University. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, age, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic administered programs.

As an educational community affiliated with the Church, Rhema Bible Institute is committed to developing a safe and open living and working environment for a diverse community of students, faculty, and staff. For academic and social integrity, RBI encourages an environment of respect for all people and diverse beliefs, and it maintains a policy of nondiscrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, disability in the employment and advancement of RBI staff. This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including, but not limited to, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation, and training.

Mission:

The Mission of Rhema Bible Institute is five-fold in nature. We strive to be on the forefront of providing quality and affordable programs of Biblical/Theological education and training, while maintaining scriptural integrity and commitment to the empowerment and equipping of Five-Fold Ministers. Therefore, our Mission is as follows:

1. To provide programs of Biblical/Theological studies that stimulate, nurture and empower our students

2. To maintain the truth and integrity of the principles, faith and discipline initially provided to the Church by way of the Apostles

3. To provide programs of educational content that ignite, empower and advance the Kingdom of God through the Five-Fold Ministries of Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and Teachers

4. To provide our students with a means of acquiring the specific training and education needed to effectively minister to the people of God

5. To provide a spiritual atmosphere of Christian learning that is accessible to students despite geographical location
